My Brand Checkup is a comprehensive, proprietary scoring system developed by Two Pines Creative to provide you with a fresh perspective on your brand’s overall health.
We focus our research on six key categories that make a brand successful. We’ll score each of those categories on a scale from 0 – 100. You’ll get an overall My Brand Checkup score–weighting categories accordingly–that uses our top-secret nerdy mathematics skills. The overall score is useful when coming back for your next checkup!
My Brand Checkup is for any business with a pulse. If you sell goods or provide a service, you have a brand. We truly believe that any size business can benefit!
To order My Brand Checkup, simply choose an option below that best matches your company.
We’ll send you an email confirming your order. In addition, we’ll ask for any other relevant information you think would help us score your brand. These could include: photos of business cards or other print collateral, merchandise, giveaways, ad layouts, trade show booth designs, and anything else related to your brand. We’ve developed a list of 100+ metrics to be scored–ranging from logo usage to website user experience and consistent use of colors–all with a specific level of importance. Based upon our research and any additional information you provide us, we’ll hand-pick the metrics that best apply to you and your brand, and score them accordingly.
Finally, you’ll receive an email with a PDF report of our findings. It will include your overall brand checkup score, scores for each of the six categories and bonus tips and tricks (if applicable) of actionable items to improve your overall score–all customized to your brand.

What categories are covered?
The 6 categories we cover are: logo, website, colors/fonts, messaging, visual content, and consistency. We believe at a brand’s core, these are the most important elements to explore and evaluate.
What’s included in the final report?
You’ll receive a downloadable PDF report customized to your company. It includes your brand’s overall My Brand Checkup score, individual category (6) scores, explanations of our findings for each category, and tips and tricks of actionable items to improve your overall score (if applicable).
When will I receive my report?
Every brand is different. This means that some brands could take longer to research than others. That being said, most checkups can be completed within 7-10 business days.
Do I get a discount for re-checking my brand?
Absolutely! We highly recommend brands get on a regular brand checkup schedule (much like an annual physical at the doctor’s office). You’ll receive a $30 credit towards your next checkup after completing your first.
Why is there a price difference?
The price difference for company size is based upon the amount of workload associated with each sized company. The bigger the company, the more resources available and the more research time is needed.
How are the scores calculated?
Based upon our research and any additional information you provide, we’ll hand-pick the metrics that best apply to you and your brand and score them accordingly. Each metric and category has a weight attached. Once we have the scores, we use a proprietary calculation that puts more emphasis on certain metrics and categories over others. This gives us the ability to provide an overall score that is an accurate representation of how your brand performed. The overall score is based on a 0-100 base scale where 0 is the worst and 100 is the best.
Do you offer ongoing brand monitoring?
Yes! We have a monthly subscription that includes brand monitoring. After the initial brand checkup, we’ll keep an eye on your consumer-facing content (social media posts, blog, news, portfolio, etc) and give you monthly mini reports on our findings with tips on how to improve. We’ll also keep you up to date on industry trends for SEO (search engine optimization) best practices and an updated overall brand checkup score. What can I use the credit for?
The credit can be used towards any of the Two Pines Creative services. A list can be found on the services page. It could include web design, web development, branding, logo design, graphic design, WordPress maintenance and monitoring subscriptions and much more. It cannot be used for My Brand Checkup or with the brand re-checkup discount.
How often should I check my brand?
Depending on your company’s growth rate, we encourage most companies to check their brand minimally once per year–certainly after any changes in your brand (e.g. color changes, new fonts, logo refresh, etc). If you do make any changes to your brand, we suggest waiting at least three months before checking your brand as that will give the changes enough time to establish.
Does My Brand Checkup work with companies outside of the US?
Not at this time. We currently only work with US-based companies.
